Shipping and handling fees will be charged separately to your credit card on orders over $100.00 once the weight, package size and destination are determined.

**Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping can be expensive and is determined by the address, shipment size and weight plus a handling fee. Merchandise total will be charged at the time of shipping and separate shipping and handling fees will be charged at a later date (after the shipment type is determined).
