Founded in rural western Wisconsin in 1991 as a broker/trader operation for dairy products, The Protein People have grown into a full service manufacturing and service provider specializing in dairy and vegetable proteins, immune support products, ready-to-drink beverages, and nutraceuticals including muscle-building and weight-loss powders. Today, Century Foods has four manufacturing facilities with over 400 employees and serves customers in more than 45 countries.
